"I've always had really bad allergies - especially my eyes. For years my
eyes would itch like thousands of tiny needles stabbing at my eyes and
they would get extremely poofy and red - to the point I would not be able
to sleep. I've tried all different kinds of medicine - Claritin, Allegra, Zyrtec, I've also used prescription eye drops and nose sprays and even
tried shots but nothing worked. A few years ago someone suggested
Acupuncture - I don't even have my ears pierced so the thought of
having anything like needles near me was not that comforting. But I
decided to go since I was really suffering - and to my surprise it worked
after just one session and I did not feel any of the needles at all. That's how my acupuncture phobia ended. Last year my allergies starting
acting up again - I found Cristi through Fitcorp, and many of my
colleagues at work recommended her. Cristi was very professional and
explained everything she was doing through the whole process so nothing
came as a surprise. She also does a thorough examination in the beginning
while asking me overall health questions and was able to also help me with
muscle pains and neck pains as well as my allergies. Miraculously it took
just ONE session - I was cured for the rest of the year!

Arthritis
"I went to see Cristi for severe arthritis in my right ankle. Surgery made
the
condition worse and I was dependent on anti-inflammatory medication to make it

experiencing. I was also hoping that I might be able to stop
taking
the
anti-inflammatory medication. I must admit that I was very skeptical
at first. After the first treatment I saw a
decrease in the daily pain that I was experiencing. After 6 treatments I no
longer needed to take medication. I am now almost pain free and no longer
taking drugs. Cristi has been a joy to work with. She has a
fantastic understanding of acupuncture and other forms of Chinese medicine. She

Achilles Tendonitis
"I ran 3
miles today. Some minor discomfort around the 2 mile mark but quickly
subsided. I've been sitting for a 1/2 hour and usually it stiffens up
and it takes me 5-10 steps to walk normally. Today, NO PROBLEM!"

Back Pain
"I started acupuncture with Cristi DeMarco approximately 6 months ago for
lower
back and shoulder pain at the suggestion of a Fitcorp personal trainer. I went
in not knowing anything about acupuncture and feeling a little apprehensive. Cristi made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I walked out

Insomnia
"Since returning from SE Asia as a Marine Crew Chief in 1973, I have had
problems with falling asleep and remaining asleep constantly. A variety of prescribed and over the counter sleep aids and anti-anxiety
meds have worked with varying degrees of success. Many of the prescription
medications had side effects that caused other problems with my day to day
life. I noticed a flyer at Fitcorp in early April, describing some of the benefits
of Acupuncture. One being assistance in sleep disorders. Having studied Taekwondo for over 20 years I do believe in the Eastern
philosophy, so I figured why not give it a try. I'm glad I did. I scheduled 10 sessions with Cristi. After the 4th
session, I was falling asleep without the use of medications and remaining
